We are Licensed Real Estate Agents who act for Buyers not Sellers.  A Selling Agent (normal Real Estate Agent) acts in the interests of the Seller (Vendor) and is, in fact, required by law to act in the best interests of the Vendor.  However, a Buyers’ Agent acts in the best interests of the Purchaser and, in acting for the Purchaser, a Buyers’ Agent will determine a property’s true market value and negotiate the lowest possible purchase price on behalf of that Purchaser.
